Why I don’t Like Google Talk and Facebook IM

October 2, 2008 on 5:28 am | In Uncategorized |

I didn’t really think about this before but I have a measure of anxiety associated with logging into an IM account like Google Talk or Facebook IM (I use Digsby, a very good multi-protocol messenger) but no problems logging into MSN. I realized that it has to do with the lack of control. People on my MSN list are people I’ve allowed onto there, but I don’t want to talk to the people on my Facebook account, or people I’ve sent emails to. So, anxiety over lack of control, I’d say.

I really like comments, so please take a few seconds to leave one. If you enjoyed this post, make sure you subscribe to my RSS feed!
