Not dairy, at least not yet. Just milk. Reasons:
- I’m lactarded, so I have to get more expensive milk
- the only thing I have it with is corn flakes which aren’t a very good thing (they spike your GI and thus energy and then you come down)
- I usually feel mucusy and mentally foggy after drinking it
- I also have a calcium pill every morning
- and the Harvard School of public health has recommended 0-2 servings of dairy, with calcium pill, so I reckon its entirely safe
- I’m quitting milk.
