Not dairy, at least not yet. Just milk. Reasons:

  • I’m lactarded, so I have to get more expensive milk
  • the only thing I have it with is corn flakes which aren’t a very good thing (they spike your GI and thus energy and then you come down)
  • I usually feel mucusy and mentally foggy after drinking it
  • I also have a calcium pill every morning
  • and the Harvard School of public health has recommended 0-2 servings of dairy, with calcium pill, so I reckon its entirely safe
  • I’m quitting milk.
